Williams and Martin are proud to have recently completed the full internal redecoration of a period countryside manor house property located in Padstow, Cornwall.

The 8 month premium decorating package included all aspects of repair and preparation to timber trim and plaster wall and ceiling surfaces in various states of disrepair before finishing by paperhanging designer wall coverings and application of heritage colours from Farrow and Ball and Fired Earth ranges. Prepared timber trim surfaces were decorated in satin stain or paint finishes to reflect the period feeling of the property. Utilising the skills of an interior designer the finishes and furniture complement each other beautifully.

Valued at over £1.5M this beautiful home has retained many of its original features and benefits from an expansive kitchen, 7 bedrooms, a grand dining hall, a reading room, a wine tasting room, cinema spa and gymnasium, what a lovely project and finished product.
